Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from Europe or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20.00% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

At Jasun Envirocare PLC we take your privacy seriously and if you register for an account we will need to collect some information in order to fulfil your orders including your name, address and contact details, however we will never store any bank or other payment details and all financial transactions are carried out by a secure, external provider. We may also occasionally contact you via email in order to make you aware of any changes to our product line, changes to legislation that may affect the products and services we offer and general industry specific information bulletins that will help inform your purchases, these emails are optional, and you can choose to not receive them at any time via email reply. Your information will never be sold or otherwise passed onto a third party for the use of marketing, however some of our ICT support services are carried out by approved contractors and in rare cases your details may be shared with them in order to help fix issues within our system. Your data will be retained for no longer than necessary in order to maintain your customer account.
In accordance with Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation the aforementioned data must be processed under one of 6 legal basis, in this case they are;
1(b) - Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract.
1(f) - Processing is necessary for the purpose of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or a third party.

Unless you hold a trading account with Jasun Envirocare Plc all orders must be paid for in full prior to dispatch. If paying by cheque a period of 4 working days is required for clearance.
